Who processes the data

What data we process

We process only the data you enter yourself in the inquiry form: your name or company name, e-mail address, telephone number, the text of your message and any files you attach to the inquiry.

The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies and collects no data about your behaviour on the pages.

Why we process it

We need the data to handle your inquiry and for the subsequent communication. The legal basis is negotiation of a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial inquiry.

How long we keep it

Inquiries including attachments are kept for three years from the last communication. Files uploaded through the form are automatically deleted from the web server after 30 days.

Who we pass it to

We do not pass the data to third parties, with the exception of our hosting and e-mail service providers, who process it exclusively for us. We do not transfer the data outside the European Union.

If handling the inquiry requires contacting a manufacturing partner, we pass on only the technical specification — not your personal data, unless you give us your consent.

Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, to its rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing and to data portability. You may object to the processing and you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
