No. ForgeCast Europe does not produce in its own plants but through a network of verified manufacturers in China. The customer deals with a single supplier who is responsible for the part.

How does an inquiry work and what is in the quotation?

Send us a drawing, a 3D model or a photograph of the part. We assess manufacturability and prepare a quotation with price, lead time and delivery terms. For new parts we state the cost of pattern or tooling equipment separately. We reply by the next working day at the latest.

Where do you deliver and on what terms?

We deliver across the European Union. We work with Incoterms 2020, most often FCA, DAP and EXW, including accompanying documentation and packaging to the customer’s specification.

We review manufacturability

We assess the shape, material and batch size, propose a suitable technology and point out the features that drive the cost up.

We prepare the quotation

You receive the price, lead time and delivery terms. For new parts including the cost of pattern or tooling equipment.

We handle production and transport

Production runs at verified manufacturers. We monitor the lead time, quality control and documentation, and deliver the goods to you.
